When you have your vehicle serviced at North Eastern 4x4, we vow to take the stress out of servicing with our ‘service promise,’ which guarantees quality, expertise and transparency:

• First, a member of our expert team will discuss all your Land Rover needs and get as much information as possible from you for what we call a ‘right first time fix’
• We will then be able to advise you on the work that needs completing and will get your vehicle booked in for a service asap
• You will be given a fixed quote for the work required and any extra work that’s necessary will not be completed without your prior consent - so no additional costs to shock you
• When your vehicle is in our workshop, one of our expert technicians will give it a full healthcheck to make sure that it’s performing at its best
• We’ll complete the work to the highest standard and will get your car back to you looking its best after a full complimentary wash and valet
• We offer a free collection and delivery service for your 4x4 and have a new Freelander courtesy car available for you to use while your car is with us, to help make things as easy as possible for you
